Pickup/Delivery 4 Easy Steps
Choose Pickup Time
Choose a time for us to pickup from your door step. press PLACE AN ORDER a day before you need us to collect your order. Place your ORDER in any disposable bag you have and leave on your doorstep. Please contact our customer support for up to date collection days in your area.Processing Your Order
Leave the hard work with us, and we will do it nicely. Your ORDER will will be cleaned to your standards by our trained team, neatly folded and packed into a sealed bag ready for delivery on your next route day.Deliver to Doorstep
We will let you know once your stuff is ready and delivery to you. We deliver your freshly cleaned garments in a sealed bag. Delivery is from 24-48 hrs depending on your area for Washing & Folding, Ironing & Dry Cleaning delivery FROM 48hrs.-
What is The Cutoff time for the order?
CUTOFF TIME is 5PM THE DAY BEFORE FOR NEW ORDERS. Leave your ORDER out the night before as our drivers begin from 5am. For scheduled weekly pickups, please contact us directly to set this up for you.

How do I make a payment?
When you make an account online your payment details are stored securely within a system call NAB transact. Your card on file will be charged before delivery. You will receive a receipt of your order upon delivery. To view our full price list please visit the pricing section of this website. Contact us directly for other payment options.

What do I need to do when placing my 1st order?
- Home Pickup/Delivery - Place your order in any disposable bag you have, if possible place a note with name and address and what needs to be done and stick onto bag. Preferably leave order out night before. If we need codes for access place in notes section and we'll automate it on our end. Codes will not be shared with any 3rd parties. Orders will be delivered in a sealed bag with Receipt attached.
- Commercial Clients - Once you PLACE AN ORDER, you can write notes in notes section of opening times etc, we may contact you for more details. Place your order in any disposable bag you have. We supply Custom Commercial bags for a refundable fee. Please contact us to discuss all options for you.
- Drycleaning - Place into disposable bag or suit bag and if possible place a note with DRY CLEAN. Drycleaning usually takes from 48hrs depending on your area, if no one will be home please place clothes horse in covered area for driver to place hung items on.
- Ironing - Place items into your basket, if you would like items hung, please provide coathangers, any unused coat hangers will be returned. Delivery usually takes from 48hrs depending on your area, if no one will be home please leave a clothes horse in covered area for driver to place hung items on.

Can I have weekly / fortnightly pickup?
Of course you can, please contact us directly and we'll schedule you in for days that will best work for you.
